Commotion in the Ocean
This week we having been focusing on poetry and we have been reading Commotion in the Ocean. We chose our favourite sea creature and discussed the pictures. We discussed the difference between a snail and a limpet. We have been using the Who? What doing? What? and Where? visuals to help us to say a full sentence. We then wrote our sentence and shared them with the class. What is your favourite sea creature and what does it do? We painted sea creature stones for the Memory Garden. This is a ‘cone shaped limpet’.
